Atlas Psychology is a fully licensed mental health practice providing comprehensive psychological and counseling services to individuals, families, and athletes throughout Colorado.

Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed psychologists, clinical social workers, performance psychologists, and licensed professional counselors who bring specialized expertise across the full spectrum of mental health care.

We serve a diverse clientele—from individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions to athletes and high performers seeking to optimize their mental game and overall well-being.

    Giulia Pecone Vanderpool, MSW (she/her)

    As a licensed therapist at Atlas Psychology, Giulia offers a compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming space where healing and growth can unfold. Blending traditional therapy with mindfulness, somatic practices, and trauma-informed care, she draws on both professional training and lived experience to support individuals and families on their journey toward self-discovery and lasting change.

    Adam O'Neil, PhD (he/him)

    Dr. Adam O'Neil is a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Atlas Psychology in Boulder, Colorado, offering nearly two decades of experience in trauma-informed assessment and evidence-based therapy. Adam specializes in sport and high performance psychology, helping elite athletes and performers enhance mental performance and overall wellbeing.

    Kate Volatile, MA, LPC (she/her)

    Kate Volatile is a trauma-informed, evidence-based clinician who supports clients across the lifespan, with a focus on children, adolescents, and families. With a master's in Sport and Performance Psychology and specialized training in EMDR, ACT, and polyvagal-informed care, she helps individuals navigate high-pressure moments with clarity and resilience. Kate is currently accepting new clients.

    Brooke Lamphere, PhD (she/her)

    Dr. Brooke Lamphere is a Licensed Clinical and Sport Psychologist in Boulder, specializing in mental health and performance for athletes, performers, and individuals. A Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), she brings over 12 years of experience using evidence-based, culturally-informed care. Dr. Lamphere is currently accepting new clients ages 17+ for individual mental health and performance services.

    Bob Diehl, PhD (he/him)

    Dr. Bob Diehl is a licensed counseling and sport psychologist at Atlas Psychology who integrates evidence-based therapy with multicultural awareness to support resilience and meaningful growth. He focuses on amplifying clients’ strengths while addressing challenges. Please note: Dr. Diehl is currently offering virtual sessions only.
